Strengths:    - It works, which is more than I can say for other forks I've had.
- Lower axel to crown height than the Marzocchi 66
- Relatively light
- Travel adjust makes going uphill easier.
- 35mm dropped mode can be useful for lower speed maneuverability when riding tight twisty stuff.

Weaknesses:    - Not very supple, my last Totem Solo Air was also like this out of the box. It took until after the first service to loosen up. I hope the 2 step is the same.
- You must physically pull the fork upward to get it to extend to long travel mode.
(at least at the pressure I run it at).
- Compression damping range goes from 'too much' to 'way too much.'

Bottom Line:
Have been using this for the last 4 months, no issues yet. (Perhaps Rockshox finally got the 2-step thing working)

It works, not quite as well as my old Solo Air, but it works. Might switch back to the Solo Air as 35mm of drop is good, but for very steep climbing in the alps it doesn't make a huge difference.
