Strengths: Adjustablity
LooksWeaknesses: Cost(MTBike stuff costs too much)Need to replace spring to setup properly for my weight (195lbs)and add spring sleave from Rock Shox to eliminate annoying spring noiseBottom Line: Huge improvement over PIKE Dual air Uturn. After changing to a coil rear I realized the mismatch with the PIKE fork. I liked the PIKE but the Lyrik is big step up. I don't see my self ever going back to a non-coil shock/fork. I had to run high air pressure in the PIKE to get rid of the mushy feeling and the tucking under sensation on hard corners. This made the trail chop stutter performance poor. With the Lyrik I feel that I can set a more progressive setup. I don't get the stiction feeling in the chop, yet I can set it up aggressive enough to be able to preload the fork to pop over stuff. I feel the quality of travel is greatly improved. I also find myself using the bike more as a blunt object in that you want to hit/attack anything in the trail with less finesse.
