Strengths:    Very responsive fork. Works well on the small stuff while still being able to take the big hits. The remote lockout mechanism is very easy to use and can be disengaged by rolling your wrist inwards, very helpful in situations where you need an reengage the suspension and do not want to loose any control of the bike.

Weaknesses:    The only weakness could be its cost. In this case, you get what you pay for.

Bottom Line:
Another in a long line of impressive forks from the folks at Fox. A very adjustable fork that, once its dialed in, can be ignored for most of the season. Has saved my bacon on more than occasion by taking the big hit without pitching me over the bars.

I really appreciated it this year at the Stoopid 50 and Wilderness 101, where it allowed me to float through the rock gardens infesting central PA, absolutely bomb down the rocky descents, and could then lock it out for the never ending slogs uphill.

The remote lockout mechanism is great for those (numerous) occasions when you forget that you have the forked lockout moments before you need it unlocked.
