Strengths: Hugely adjustable, incredibly plush, well made, no flex, look greatWeaknesses: none yetBottom Line: These forks are amazing. My first air fork and I wish I'd got it sooner. Compared to the other forks I've used its incredibly plush and massively adjustable. I commute 20 miles a day on londons crappy roads during the week and ride it at 60psi pos, 50psi neg and I get full travel over the worst pot holes, speed bumps etc. My other forks barely budged (I'm 75kg) on the same roads, so my wrists are thanking me! Then at weekends I pump them up to take the bigger hits on trails. Very happy! Highly recommended

Strengths: Remote lockout is cool. The shocks seem to be light and adjustments are a nice feature.Weaknesses: Dropouts snapped in the rack, a 10 year old Yakima rack that has held at least 40 different bikes from race carbon road forks to burly Fox forks. Lost air when first arrived. Overall kinda weak for what you pay for them.Bottom Line: BUY FOX!!! After this attempt at producing a quality shock the folks at Rockshox should be ashamed. Race means light and durable, you don't get durable but you get light. I would not recommend these forks unless you like to send forks back on a consistent basis.

Strengths: Plush, adjustable, dual air, stiff, looks nice.Weaknesses: My FloodGate knob is stuck, and I've tried a lot of things. Sad to hear there are quite a lot of other Reba users with this problem.Bottom Line: Very plush and tunable, really happy with this fork. Anyone who wants a fork with 80-100-120 mm suspension, Reba is the way to go. Better and/or cheaper than all the others.
Too bad my FloodGate knob won't turn. I wouldn't normally make this that big of a deal, but since I know there are a lot of Rebas with this problem, it loses a Chili...

Strengths: Highly adjustable. Pretty light. Post mounts.Weaknesses: Negative air chamber leaked when I got it. Was repaired under warranty and has been good since.Bottom Line: I'm really happy with this fork. The warranty issue would have irritated me if it was in riding season, but we had 2 feet of snow on the ground when that happened so it was ok. Rating 4 chilis due to need for warranty repair.

Strengths: Very nice fork, great customer service.Weaknesses: Lost air when new, repaired under warrenty
Bottom Line: Update to my review of March 25, 2009. Bike shop returned fork to Rock Shox for repair of air leak. Got very prompt service and fork has been working well since. I still favor my Fox 32 f90rl, but the price difference makes this fork a winner. Commendable warrenty service.

Strengths: Good fork in almost all respectsWeaknesses: Quality control, fork won't hold negative air after only a few conservative rides. Also positive air leaks down in about a week.Bottom Line: Rock Shox makes a very good performing fork, but I am disappointed in its failure to hold air when new. Fork is going for warrenty repair, I will update this review with the results when I get the fork back. One last note, it is hard to tell the difference between the Reba Race and my old Manitou Black Super spring fork. The Reba is about half a pound lighter.

Strengths: A stiff and smooth reliable and reallt easy to tune fork right out of the box. Easy to dial in and holds its +/- air no problem.Weaknesses: Pushlock is a bit flimsy. Basically do not need it.Bottom Line: I am really pleased with this fork's performance. It is so smooth and tracks exceptionally well. Once I set it up to my requiremants it has performed flawelessly and I have not had to touch it. I have checked the air pressures from time to time but it has lost none. It is light enough for all day riding but strong enough to take a beating.

Strengths: Light very smooth and great tracker. Adjustable. Stiff.Weaknesses: None so far.Bottom Line: Great fork Really happy with it. Very smooth and almost linear travel from an air fork. Does'nt leak. Stiff so it really tracks ...even hard wash-board off-camber. No problem with tip flutter under hard braking. Not much more to say...cheaper than a fox for the same performance. Q.E.D

Strengths: A stiff lightweight smooth fork. Plenty in the adjust me department. O.K Price.Weaknesses: So far None.Bottom Line: Used a lot of Forks. Using Fox on 2 of my bikes but had reliabilty issues mixed with high service costs. Believe R/Shox now have a better quality/reliability reputation and longer service intervals (maybe).
Gone for this fork on my new build. Stoked. They are smooth light strong and track like they are on rails. If there is a difference between these R/Shox and Fox ... well its in the price.

Strengths: Very smooth, very light, very adjustable, very stiff and very good price.Weaknesses: NoneBottom Line: Just been riding this new fork on my newly built up Giant Trance frame and I am chuffed. It was a toss up between these and Fox F32 100RL and these were a better price. Performance is just what I wanted and I still have some more adjustmentsn to do. Been riding long enough now to know if the fork is really good right off. Really am impressed.

Strengths: Light weight, very stiff and tracks very well. Can get total travel. Exceptionally smooth. Enormous adjustability.Weaknesses: Have to dismantle to change the travel settings.Bottom Line: Excellent and smooth fork with enough stiffness to track anything. Lovely build quality and finish. The different adjustments work on this fork and I can set it just to my likeing. Delighted with the performance and I think it will be reliable. Also the price isn't too bad.

Strengths: Very stiff and very smooth. Enormous versatility. Nicely made....real quality. Light and a good price.Weaknesses: None so far.Bottom Line: O.K it is early days but I have a 2006 Reba Race and a 2007 Reba SL and I can see the improvements on this 2009 model right away......Very linear movement, more like a spring than an air fork. Nice. I have it set at 100mm but you can run it from 80 to 120 with internal messing about. The power bulges do make it stiffer and it was stiff before. Reduced back and forwards movements under heavy braking and less side twists when I hit the hard stuff. Very impressed. Suberb and controlled tracking. And the weight is so good too. I had considered one of the Fox F100 series but just cannot justify the extra cost when this is just so good and has a better reputation for reliability. Anyway....today silly money is out. Well done Rock Shox....a real winner.
