Weaknesses:auto travel adjust, just plain crap
Similar Products Used:stock cheap answer sl's i think. but they held up fine.
Bike Setup:09 giant xtc1, marzocchi 44 ata forks,x9 rear derailuer stock remainders
Bottom Line:the bottom line.......... got this fork as and upgrade to the stock fork that came on the bike when bought new. upgraded from the 22LO that was not beefy enough for my hefty body. 210 lbs. marzocchi recommended this fork for my bike so i went with it. first ride out, in november, a little cold, but still, the fork blew uout completely, no rebound EVER. sent it back to marzocchi, got it back quick enough, supposedly rebuilt. let the bike sit all winter so as to not blow it due to coldness again. after 8-10 good hard rides this spring/summer here i sit again. blown, non responsive fork. going to send into marzocchi AGAIN and tell them to get my money. going to go to a rock shox reba after much talk with my local trail riders and bike club.

Favorite Trail:N Canyon
Duration Product Used:Less than 1 month
Price Paid: $449.00
Purchased At:Marzocchi
Strengths:Easy to adjust. Very smooth
Weaknesses:None yet
Similar Products Used:Rock Shock, RST, Marzocchi XC
Bike Setup:Haro Escape Sport, Upgraded Marz 44 ATA forks.
Bottom Line:I bought a Haro Excape that originally came with Marz MZ race forks. I weigh 250 lbs. and the forks were not compatable. The new forks soak up rocks, roots, and ruts pretty good. They are medium at the top of the stroke and firm at the bottom. I run 160 psi and set the height to 140mm. @ 140mm they ride alot lower than the old 120mm froks so the front end does,t sit as high in the air making it better for climbing and the bike feels more balanced.
