Favorite Trail:The One youre not on.
Duration Product Used:1 Year
Purchased At:Stock On 08 Cowan
Strengths:Strong. Coil sprung. White?!
Weaknesses:Stiffer springs not available. But...
Similar Products Used:No 26" dirt jumping fork used before.
Bike Setup:08 COwan. Cut seat tube 1", Race face crank, bars, axonic rims, tomac small block tires, and stuff.
Bottom Line:... when you have the right amount of psi in the top out chamber the fork is great. I had the problem of my fork beig too soft. My gaguse was a 300 psi and I couldnt get the required 15psi in there. After modding my pump with a 30psi gauge, I got the required 15 psi in there. After testing it with 10 -15 psi, I noticed that they performed a lot better. After a 4ft drop I could tell i had 15 psi in there. Get a DJ1 for lightness or this one for a cheap DJ1.

Duration Product Used:6 months
Price Paid: $290.00
Purchased At:Paramount Cycles
Strengths:The small positive air chamber (preload) is real easy to tune. Fork is really stiff for having 9mm drop-outs. Great small bump sensitivity while maintaining bottom out resistance. Having a large open bath oil system, it even works moderately well in COLD (like 0-15F) temperatures, taking the hit out of most the foot-ice-hole chatter and drops 3-4ft tall. In Summer its handled 15+ foot drops to transitions and normal dirt jump style doubles, as well as muddy root infested downhills.
Weaknesses:Does weigh 6.2 POUNDS, that is where you save the $, the rest of the forks features are solid and work perfectly.

Some of the 08 models DID ship without having one of the lower (ports?valves?) drilled in the damper. After riding for about 60 days I noticed the fork getting progressively stiffer.

Mine was one of those, however since I purchased it Paramount, the shop tech there is an authorized Marzocchi mechanic and was able to service my fork for free (all labor etc.. under warranty). Total turn around time was aprox 3 days. Works PERFECT.

Bottom Line:I gave it 5 overall because it worked well out of the box, and any problems were fixed extremely fast, and continues to be work perfectly.

Strengths:Great all rounder forks, excelling in the 4x,freeride areas. They have showed tough as ive been riding my bike on downhill courses hitting all the big drops and also throwing them over bigjumps.
Weaknesses:The bad thing about them is they are heavy and the canister in them has frozen up reducing movement costing £70 for a new one or you can drill whole in it to make it a singular bath system and then they work a treat.
Similar Products Used:I have also used dirt jams and manitou and found these have been the best!
Bike Setup:Maxxis highrollers 26'x2.7 dirt jumper twos white hope mini brakes FSA MegaExo bottom braket.
Bottom Line:I would defently adivse these forks for any beginer to downhill free ride or dirt jump as for more experianced riders only use them for dirt jump and fourcross as that is were they are on top form.

Strengths:Very smooth and rebound works very well. Also looks very cool in white.
Weaknesses:When rebound is sped up I notice a a top out sound but on dirt jump forks you don't want fast rebound so it doesnt matter.
