Strengths:    They are completelly bomb proof and i am sure they would take absoloutly anything. Also, when going over big rocks, you don't move up and down, the forks just move up and down the stanchions and you stay still almost

Weaknesses:    The weight

Bottom Line:
These are completely worth the money to buy and are bomb proof, although if you are trying to build up a lightweight bike these are not for you

Strengths:    BOMBER

Weaknesses:    weight and height it sits if you race but if you do not... no worries then right.

Bottom Line:
this fork is an incerdible fork. i have prolly 500 + hours on it and seals are still soft and plush with regular lubing before rides. very simple adjustments. compression and rebound. you put the compression at the stiffest possible setting and you do not have to put air in the fork to make it stiffer. took a good chunk out of the lower right stancion right by the seal and it is still operating just fine. very awesome FR fork and entry racing fork. i will forever stick with marzocchi because of the performance with this fork.

Strengths:    strong, actually able to do some dirt jumps with right bike around it,plenty of travel, got stiff springs and they feel great now

Weaknesses:    none.....

Bottom Line:
ive loved the feel of the 888's since the first time i rode one on my old '05 devo. But that bike sat pretty high in the front and i like jumping and dropping more then racing. so i went back to the stinky line up.I think my fork is an '07 even tho there are no lists of an '07 888rcv. any way great fork im sure its damn strong cause its a zocchi and i took my old '03 jrT off 20+ foot drops.Just havnt takin this fork to those hights yet.I love how you can do sum urban FR and DJ with this thing its so squishy and fun but flickable on little stuff. 4 overall chillis cause i think it could be plusher but not an issue

Strengths:    Very adjustable. Haven't had to use the air input, but it is great insurance. Repectable weight for how durable they a built.

Weaknesses:    Adjusters at the bottom of the fork.

Bottom Line:
This fork was a definite step up from the monster T in tunability and weight. So far has taken everything the big fork would. 38 mm stanctions allow for a smooth feel and no stiction that I have encountered. All in all, a great lower end '08 888 that will take almost anything, is easy to tune, and all in an afforadable light weight package. I like it and would buy another!

Strengths:    Firm with good absorption of jumps and big bumps

Weaknesses:    Heavy! and need time to run in the product

Bottom Line:
Its works like any marzocchi u've tested or owned, absorbs bumps and keep u save from flying over the bar. The downside is the weight and the time needed to run in. Nvm the lower grade parts used and besides its the lowest spec 888 afterall, and btw, a 888 is still a 888.

Strengths:    indestructable i put a 1 mil. scratch in the middle of the stantion and i think they actualy work better but i dont think they are as nice as the pair of 2005 66s i had

Weaknesses:    all of the adjustments are on the bottom and they're plastic they also weigh over 8 lbs. which sucks when you are racing

Bottom Line:
they are indestructable but definitely not worth the weight

Strengths:    Extremely plush, really beefy, indestructible, adjustments work well

Weaknesses:    weight, adjustments are on bottom and their plastic.

Bottom Line:
Extremely good for freeride and rough DH, not the lightest or best race forks, the plastic adjustment knobs are on the bottom, I'm just waiting to crack one.
