Strengths:    PLUSH PLUSH PLUSH!!!! Its smooth as butter! I like it cause its just a simple rebound adjustment. I didnt want all that other stuff like lockout, slow speed compression, ect. Just makes it heavier and means you lack the skills to ride hard and efficient on your own. Also loved that i got it for under $300 BRAND NEW!!!

Weaknesses:    NONE!!!!

Bottom Line:
This fork is smooth, plush as can be, and prays for my carnage on the trails! I even took a bit of a jump on a down hill switch back at good speed and landed fork first hard and the fork just wore it like a champ and kept goin. It wanted more speed, more bumps, just wanted more and more. If you can get one of these on ebay or anywhere for a good price do it! You wont be disappointed i promise!!!

Fox 32 Float R - Clanks on return stroke

2010 Fox Float R @ 150mm travel - beginning of the season they had a nasty clank sound on the beginning of the return stroke. It's a metal-to-metal clanking sound and you can feel pretty violently in your hands. I took them to the local shop for a normal service and that fixed the issue. 700 mil ... Read More »

RockShox model comparable to Fox Float 32 R

I've worn out my Fox Float 32 R fork (OEM fork from a 2010 Giant Reign 2); the latest issue is a major metal-to-metal clank that Fox is claiming requires a total rebuild. BUT, for a bit more it may make sense to just replace the fork. A friend of mine has a connection to RockShox with excellent ... Read More »

$300 for 2010 Fox Float 32 R. Good Deal?

Is $300 for a 2010 Fox Float R 32 120mm w/ 15mm thru axle a good deal? Supposedly like new. I'm looking for something to replace the 120mm suntour fork on my bike, hoping for better small bump sensitivity and lighter weight. Looking to do some xc racing in the spring. In the mean time, riding trails ... Read More »
