Strengths:    Found it very easy to change settings..Had bike since 2008 and have done over 2500k's and fork seals have only just started leaking..

Weaknesses:    Havent found any yet..

Bottom Line:
The forks came with the bike..My 1st with time with fully adjustable forks and love them..There's so much travel in them I seriously dont think I've used them to their full potential, and I totaly plan to..Love to get the remote lock out kit..Not bad, had bike for 3 years and forks are only showing signs of leaking in the last week..

Strengths:    Stiff & Strong - does what you want it to without much fanfare.
Many ways to adjust it.

Weaknesses:    To hard to tweak " just right".
Cannot get all 5 inches of travel.
Many ways to adjust it.
Not as smooth as it could be.

Bottom Line:
I loved the control and confidence that this stout fork gives.
But you can never get all 5 inches to be usable.
Setting it up to be "Just right" is a painstaking process , unless your lucky. Travel action is not as smooth as it could be.

Strengths:    FOX. I like FOX forks, the compression stroke does feel better than my 2006 RLC but still not great. I have the RLC on the way back from PUSH so it's going on the new bike soon.

Weaknesses:    Still can't get that last inch of travel,

Bottom Line:
It does the job well, but if you want it better send it to PUSH. I will know better after riding my PUSH'd RLC.

Strengths:    Great Tune-ability. Rebound, Air setting, Lockout for climbing. The lockout is really easy to manage, as is the rebound adjustment. I am a solid 200lbs and have come out of some big holes that my old shock would have launched me on.

Weaknesses:    maybe a bit heavy??

Bottom Line:
Great Rig!! Full five inches of trail busting equipment. Easy to set up, and adjust, on the trail. No leaks, yet. Nice fit and finish on the unit, looks durable.

This is part of the Giant Maestro suspension system, matched up with a Fox rear shock.

This unit comes stock on many of the '08 5" XC bikes.

Fox 32 F120RL, play when fully extended

I really don't know how to word what I observed but here goes. Had my Trance X2 for a year now and so far there have been no problems. Recently though, twice exactly, the fork hesitated for a little bit before compressing when I hit a bump or dipping. So after the rides, I looked at the fork, ... Read More »

Seal Replacement on 2008 Fox 32 F120RL

I just bought some enduro seals to replace the stock seals on my Fox 32 F120RL. I can't seem to find any good instructions for replacing the seals on my fork, I was wondering if anyone knew of any step by step instructions for this? In one video I watched, only the lower bolts were taken off and the ... Read More »

2010 Fit Fox 32 F120RL stiction?

Dropped the $$ on a new Giant Trance X2 and took it for a maiden 65KM trail ride. The forks are really sticky. Not to bad on big hits or the descents where you "pump" the trail- but small hit stuff and "just riding along" feels like i have a rigid fork up front. Being new to Fox forks- is this norm ...
