Strengths: fine for beginners decent street forks for messing around with , don't over work them or they will seize up like my old ones.Weaknesses: seize up after 6 months , i bought Marzocchi 888 Forks to replace them not good for downhill or jumping at any level.Bottom Line: Decent street riding forks for beginners cant really handle Semi pro events.

Strengths: -good comfy ride on the downhills.
-lockout works well on uphills or paved surfaces.Bottom Line: good shock, came with bike so don't now cost but very good. multifunctional, can be used for cyclists on more gentle trails and occasional technical downhills.

Strengths: Nice for xc riding. Stiff. Lockout works (can lock down with effort)Weaknesses: Not too good for any big hits. Started dying after a year though :(Bottom Line: A good fork for the light trails. Does the long, steep uphills really well thanks to it's ability to lock down. Don't go jumping with it though.
