Strengths:    Lightweight, smooth, long travel, easy adjustability, reliable, quality build,

Weaknesses:    No through axle, no lock out (although you can buy the later 351 with it).

Bottom Line:   
Great fork, a step up from budget forks but still very well priced for those on a budget.
