Strengths: Takes all the abuse and big hits you throw at it while crying for more. Just the right height so you don't hit your pedals on big roots. Good compression feels linear which is sometimes good sometimes bad.Weaknesses: Bottoms when you try to be a BMX at the skateboard park. You have to change the fluid and maintain it if you want it too last. It also adds that false sense of being superman some of us suffer from!Bottom Line: This fork isn't or the everyday city cruise or the occasional gravel path, But if you want to keep up to any downhill rider at the big places like whistler, kicking horse, or panorama, this fork is for you. If you want to have no limits and go over or through whatever you please, then stop reading these reviews and buy it already!

Strengths: Pretty smooth, looks cool-ish with all its travel. Takes a lot of skilled abuse. matches my kona?Weaknesses: Wtf is with the reverse bridge? It flexes a lot to be honest. Needs regular maintenance and oil changes otherwise you fry the internals pretty quickly.Bottom Line: I blew my Travis out on a 4 foot drop with the compression on high. Sure its taken a LOT of abuse from what i threw at it, but Marzocchi is the way to go when it comes to serious stuff. Its a little heavy though, and the paint wears off quickly.

Strengths: Great fork, excellent going into and coming out of burms. Easy to adjust and you get quite a reange to play with.Weaknesses: Had problems bottoming out a bit. Swapped out the spring for a stronger one. Now even working better.Bottom Line: Go get a set, you don't know what your missing.

Strengths: Great fork, plush, doesn't bottom out, and looks sick!Weaknesses: NoneBottom Line: I will be using this fork for my spring build of my VooDoo Ogun DH/FR bike. I rode my buddy's bike that has one on it and I was amazed so I had to get one. Buy it if you want a plush ride that will keep coming back for more punishment.

Strengths: Mine is the 06' Travis without Titanium Spring...Extremely good fork...Fork did not dive in at corner or berms..Durable to withstand freeride! The intrinsic damping work awesome!Overall the fork is a kick-ass!!Did not dissapointed me with the performance..Weaknesses: None that i have noticed..Bottom Line: Bottom line is the fork really do a good job if u set it right...Heavy but durable..!What impress me the most is the customer service..I lost a heksagon metal piece at the bottom of the fork which clamp the thru axle..Send a email to Manitou Technical Support and their feedback is fast!!They even ship the metal heksagon piece, bolts, washer and stickers free of charge!!I only ask for the metal piece tho,but they send the complete set..Send by mail at 3rd January by Manitou, receive by me at 24 January..That's exactly 3 weeks..Really fast, good and friendly support!!
Awesome Manitou..Really good job!

Strengths: Super plush takes drops well.Weaknesses: bottoms out easlyBottom Line: It is a great fork over all You can use it to its full potential for downhill or freeride, or you can lightly use it and be easly impressed with its smoothness, the only problem that I have came across is It bottloms out on bigger sized drops. one of the best forks on the market. Strengths: super plush, very smooth, looks good, lightWeaknesses: a little squishy, solved by dtiffer springs, brake diveBottom Line: great deal manitou sent this to me for free after blowin out my stance 4 times, i only needed a new wheel for the 20mm thru axle.
this thing is great, but a little soft, easy to bottom, but the travel is sooo smooth, ill just get some stiffer springs weigh aprox. 155lbs love it

Strengths: Ultra smooth travel
Feels good
looks beautiful
lot's off travel
Intrinsic damping
easy to adjust the damping
StrongWeaknesses: NoneBottom Line: This fork is unbeleavable good and feels so smooth, lot's smoother and better than all the other forks i'v ridden on other bikes. It came stock on my session 10 and it has the revox isx ti shock in the back and with the travis it's the best combo for this bike.Strong solid fork and very good for extreme freeride or for DH racing or other types off extreme off road riding. It's been proved again that manitou is making one off the nicest and best forks to date for DH/FR with it's intrinsic damping.thumbs up for Manitou for making this excelent fork.
