Strengths: I.T. system, easy to serviceWeaknesses: product support suck's up here in Quebec. My fork was defective from day one.Fixed it mysefl(seasonned mechanic)Had to use an O-ring from a Topeak hand pump and teflon tape. The site is useful for servicing the fork. The best oils to use is Fox's float and 7wt oils, nothing else. You have to buy service kits in advance and the lower air shaft or else you need a second fork while waiting for the parts
Bottom Line: This fork is what I need and you need to be a good mechanic to keep it going, like any other exoctic high end product.Would buy another one again.Beleave it or not the stanchions have barely faded(still black)in 4 year of use. Then again I don't wait to have problems before servicing it.
