Strengths: Light weight, easy set up, great travel adjustability, plush, stiffWeaknesses: None so far. Would be nice if the travel settings were 110, 130 and 150 to perfectly straddle the typical 130mm trail bike, but that's nit picking.Bottom Line: This has been a very good fork so far. The price was right and it shaved over a pound off my prior Nixon. Very stiff and predictable tracking. The TALAS system works very well and can be adjusted easily on the fly. I don't miss the compression or lock feature. You can tune the sag easily with air pressure and the rebound is all you need otherwise. Never used lock out anyway. No brake dive, very compliant over small stuff but ramps up nicely to avoid bottoming. So far it's been quite reliable. A great, lightweight QR fork for trail riding.

Strengths: Amazing fork. Plush. Even in the "R" version, adjustment options allow you to really get it dialed in to your personal riding style. More or less "on the fly" adjustment b/w 100, 120, and 140 mm of travel (though Fox does recommend stopping to make this adjustment).Weaknesses: I don't know....price? I think it's a fair price, but if I had to complain, it would be about plunking down $600 on a fork.Bottom Line: This fork is great for "all mountain" riding. It may not be for the dedicated XC racer or down hiller, but if you like/have to do a little of everything where you ride, it is definitely an option worth considering.

Strengths: Weight, plushness, TALAS travel adjust.Weaknesses: It seems that upon using it after it has sat for awhile, the first few movements of the shock will be really squeaky. That's my only gripe so far.Bottom Line: I've been trying to get a TALAS on my Enduro since I had the bike in 2002. Finally got one and it's everything I had hoped it would be. It just WORKS. It soaks up everything I have thrown at it so far and has been responsible for a huge increase in personal confidence out on the trails (especially in descending). The travel adjust works well and I like the new three point system over the old 3 mm per click setup. It's just simple and it works. If you can afford one, buy it!

Strengths: Nice action, Talus travel adjustmentWeaknesses: No motion control / SPVBottom Line: This shock is working great. It came on my new Titus Moto-lite. The quick travel adjustment (100mm, 120mm & 140mm) can be adjusted while riding to lower the front for climbs and flip back to 140 for downhill. I considered getting the RLC with the motion control but don't seem to need it much on this bike. Compared to my Manitou min 1:00 on my old bike it is much more plush and handles better but the SPV on the Min 1:00 was better.
