Strengths:    Has a mind of it's own. Saves your ass when you least expect it

Weaknesses:    Takes a long time to get used to the inertia valve.

Bottom Line:   
Climbs really well and cranks out great speed. It really feel like a much shorter cross country fork. And then you hit a huge bump, rock log etcetera... and the inertia valve kicks in. All of a sudden you have a full five inch fork. Kinda wierd but feels cool when it happens. It just takes a while to get used to. No need for lock out or TALAS or anything else.

Strengths:    Great Fork. It came with my Ellsworth Epiphany purchase.

Weaknesses:    Can't find any. Keep thinking of my 140mm PUSHed Vanilla RLC on my Bullit. But this shock just works GREAT!

I called FOX before I bought the bike. I thought Trail Tuned? What kind of cheap crap is this. They said it was a great fork. I had demoed the other day and loved it. The shock works awsome. I have only ridden this bike twice (both times at Santa Cruz Wilder and behind UCSC). There is rough trails (single track) that the shock smoothed out nicely. My Vanilla might be smoother, but It is very close. The bike climbs great and I can get out of the saddle anytime. The fork will not lock out like the 100 or 80mm I'm told. It does move just a bit, but you can climb standing no problem. Going down it rips. Going over logs and obsticals is a piece of cake. I weigh 186lbs naked. I set the air pressure at 80lbs (21mm of sag).

Bottom line is "Great Fork" I could pull the Vanilla and change the Headset, but why? No need.
