If you do this workout, you will feel the PAIN of the isometric squat. In the middle of the video, Coach Troy has you get off the bike and burn your legs with isometric squats. It reminded me a lot of sitting in horse stance for minutes at a time when I did karate... except it hurt a lot more with this. I like this workout a lot. Lots of short intense reps, but not so brutal as Suffer-O-Rama.
It's my second favorite after the Uphill Grind. After I do this workout, I can feel the soreness in my legs. 5 flamin chilis. If the videos were cheaper, I'd own them all.
