Duration Product Used:1 Year
Price Paid: $20.00
Purchased At:Binghams Cyclery
Strengths:Simplicity and flow more of an art piece than hard core type
Weaknesses:low budget grafics
Similar Products Used:All MTB videos available on the market
Bike Setup:Ellsworth Dare built to the hilt
Bottom Line:Very cool flow. A down to earth type video that was not trying to be the biggest, most extreme or fastest. You pick up a bit of some of the riders personality

Favorite Trail:Stix'N'Stones @ Northstar
Duration Product Used:Less than 1 month
Purchased At:Promo
Strengths:Wow - with the kind of films you see these days and all the crazy footage it's really hard to say no but this flick really had no strengths.... I would have been super Ticked if I paid full retail for this one! Had a few unique ideas but were not executed well to give the delivery.
Weaknesses:Weaknesses start from the beginning. This flick has no beginning and no end. When you start watching, the first reaction you get is - oh, has it already started?? as if the movie kind of snuck in without telling you that it's beginning. The intro is long, dragged out and undefined - we have no idea where this leads to and it starts to be a rather painfully long experience - but you sit there waiting patiently for that feeling when watching a new biking vid - and you never get there. There have been very few flicks that I have ever turned off halfway and this was certainly one of them. This movie is not worth your time and is extremely anticlimatic. You would think with the talent, known director and production team, it would be decent - but it was poorly sequenced, edited, music was mediocre, and the graphix were horrid 80's style - Not worth your $$$$$ the worst bikeflick I've seen since trail warriors.
Similar Products Used:The Spectacle, New World Disorder 1,2,3, Superheroes 1 & 2, Sprung 4 & 5, Ride to the hills, Kranked 1-4, Terrafirma 1-7, JIB, Down 1-3, The circus, the list goes on.
Bike Setup:Banshee Scream, Monster T, Arrow Wheelset, Truvativ Holzfeller Cranx n spikes, Hayes stoppers and maxxis skins
Bottom Line:Phil needs to be working back with Thor - you can directly compare this to Frank Black of the Pixies needing bassist Kim Deal who is now making mediocre tunes with the Breeders. After the disaster of the totally anticipated but way dissapointing Chainsmoke 2 you would think that film directors and producers would have learned from that!tand what's up with people still being able to sell vids with such crappy graphics???
