$20.00 | | Purchased At: | MEC | | Strengths: | The video has lots of great big stunts, but also features footage lots of riding, not just back to back jumps/stunts, so it makes it very diverse and well rounded. Great picture quality, great angles. Diversity in riders, including big names, as well as footage of guys you don't seen in videos as often these days, like Schnepf and Danger Dan. The video is mostly North Shore, but also has Kelowna and Kamloops segments to add diversity. The video also seems pretty long, it must be at least 45-50 minutes (not sure though). Also, lots of good quality helmut-cam footage. Oh, and lots of Wade Simmons. | | Weaknesses: | Absolutely none, okay, the soundtrack might be a little heavy on the Mudsharks, but it's not bad. | | Similar Products Used: | NWD films, Kranked films, Stripped, Roam | | Bottom Line: | I've seen a bunch of films, and own 4 (NWD 6&7, Kranked 6, NSX9) but have seen all the Kranked, and NWD5. So far, I think it's safe to say that NSX 9 is my hands-down favorite. I'm tired of the NWD films, that don't really show guys riding, but instead only show back-to-back jump after jump. This movie has all the big stunts, but also all the trail riding, and really captures the fun and excitiment of free-ride. I guarantee this movie will not disappoint.
