Strengths:
a good diversity of articles on the outdoors.Weaknesses:
it's only out four times a year. the words can be kind of thin in places, making it a quick read.Bottom Line: check the masthead and you'll find a lot of crossover names from the masthead of your favorite surfer publications (aka petersen publications) magazine, such as bike or powder. they really do like they're pix, though, which makes the words a quick read. some more solid articles might make it easier to justify the $3.95 more often.
