Strengths: This tire is good for people that are riding on crushed brick trails. Flat protection is great.Weaknesses: If it is a wet surface you should switch these tires, they are poor on wet surfaces.Bottom Line: I would only recomend this tire to somebody riding on crushed brick trails in the city or places that are not too loose of gravel. I have found the tire good on dry pavement but it is a major disaster on wet roads or trails.

Strengths: This review of the 26" x 1.9" rear Vermin will be almost identical to my review of the front tire. All of the same strengths apply: Low weight & rolling resistance; superb performance & cornering ON HARD-PACKED SURFACES; the Serfas Flat Prevention System is bullet-proof.Weaknesses: Same weaknesses: Downright dangerous on anything that is soft or loose; they don't *look* all that impressive (even though they get the job done very well)Bottom Line: If you're riding on hard-packed surfaces, you cannot go wrong with Vermins. I love 'em.
If it has rained recently or if you're riding loose-packed trails, simply switch the Vermins out for a knobbier set of tires.
