Strengths:
The Cardamom Mango Astragalus (I'm not making this up) flavor is pretty tasty. Lots of dried fruit chunks and nuts with a nice spicy hint from the cardamom. No dairy products.

Weaknesses:
Costs more than Clif bars and other more common energy bars

Bottom Line:
Pretty tasty bar, and seemed to give me a good boost 3/4 of the way through a recent 65 mile road ride. The ingredients start with dried fruit mixture, so it is not heavily processed. It provides 230 cal, 6 g fat (0.5g sat fat), 39g carbs, 6 g fiber, 7 g protein. Nice change from my usual chocolate bars. Not sure of the value of the 330mg premium herbal concentrates, but I'll buy these again occasionally. Might try the other two flavors I saw in the natural food store where I got this one.
