Strengths: - 15g protien
- inexpensive bar
- does not contain palm oilBottom Line: I'm pretty meticulous about reading the labels and I searched for months to find a protien bar that does not contain Palm Kernal Oil. To date, this is the only one on the market that doesn't.
A great price, Ok dose of protien and no palm oils. For my money, the only bar on the market.

Bottom Line:
These are available from the Superstore grocery stores in Canada. A good tasting bar that's -cheap-. A $1.13 CAD bar that tastes good. My personal favorite is Honey Nougat, tastes just like a Balance Bar Honey Peanut. The Chocolate Fudge is amazing in taste, just like chocolate cheesecake. Nutrition suffers compared to a Powerbar but it more than makes up for it in taste. 229 calories, 14g protein, Fat 5.5g. Varies by flavor. The Apple Cranberry flavor is by far the worst, but still better than a Powerbar.
