Strengths: Great valueWeaknesses: N/ABottom Line: 1ST Endurance has proven studies with references on their products. I would recommend this product to everyone who wants to gain the edge over there fellow racers. This company has many top pros using this product and getting big results as a result! I would say A + for this one!

Strengths: Great energy boost, lots of vitamins and minerals, good taste, good texture.Weaknesses: Hard to find.Bottom Line: The best energy bar I've found--when I can find it.

Similar Products Used: Power bars, granola bars, Tiger's Milk bars, you name it.
Bike Setup: Specialized Allez Comp road bike, Shimano R535 wheels, Speedplay X-line pedals. Also use a K-Mart mountain bike for slower / rougher rides.

Strengths:
Great taste, and gives really good energy. Doesn't freeze in cold.Weaknesses:
Hard to find. Bar coating melts in direct sun.Bottom Line: Best energy bar I've ever had.
