| | Bottom Line: | this stuff comes in pineapple or banana flavors. it is a watery syrup, not too bad tasting. if you ride hard constantly and need to consume an energy gel, this one goes down well. especially if i am breathing hard, dry mouth, etc., it is easier to swallow than gu or met rx bars (which both work good too). the energy burst is not as good as i would like it to be, but it is ok. i work at a lbs and get a deal on 'em -- $3.40 for a 10 pack. | Value Rating: Overall Rating: |
