Strengths: Quick energy boost w/sustained level thereafter.
Weaknesses: A little thick.
Bottom Line:
This stuff rocks. It's a little spendy, but has really pulled me out of bonking both times I've used it. I was a little skeptical at first, but after downing the box, it kept me going for the last two hours of an epic. Probably a little expensive to use all the time, but great to keep one or two with you for those moments when the legs turn to rubber.
