Strengths: Fits snugly, comfortable, color matches my bike:-)
Weaknesses: Pads don't absorb much sweat
Bottom Line:
Fits great, doesnt' slide on my head, thanks to Brain Trust. I sweat a lot when I bike, so the thin pads don't do much for me-sweat just rolls down my forehead and into my eyes. So I removed the forehead pad, and use a regular athletic-type headband.
