Strengths:    
No Creaking, Stiff, good price, good shifting!


Weaknesses:    
none


Bottom Line:   
Good deal, solid crank, same price as XT but stiffer, almost like a campy crank. I have an XT bb and I have no creak. I used no grease on the spindles and installed it with a torque wrench.
