Duration Product Used:
1 Year
Purchased At:
chainreactioncycles.
Strengths:
value, excellent suspension
Weaknesses:
rather heavy, would benefit from front suspension lockout.
Braking performance rather disappionting.
Bike Setup:
stock, except for flat bar/longer&lower stem, barends.
Bottom Line:
This is my first full suspension bike after riding hardtails for over 15 years and it's opened up a new dimension in mountain biking for me. On technical, rocky and rooted trails it really shines without compromising performance (much) on smooth, fast terrain.
Frame constucion and sealed bearing pivots are robust, stock components deliver excellent performance (with some excetptions) at an unbeatable price.
