Strengths: Light, Made in USA, nice design dedicated to road use, nice bounce.
Weaknesses: For V-Brakes only
Bottom Line:
If your an MTB Roadie, well this is the best fork you can install on your road MTB, the steerer tube is aluminum so it's lite and the design and geometrical shape excells.

Strengths: really durable, nice bit of travel, very hard to bottom out, it's made by rockshox, made in the usa,
Weaknesses: it could be betterlooking although I bought black because it was the last set they had and it was discounted off regular price.
Bottom Line:
great set of shocks for a little price. I don't know what these other guys are talking about when they said the shocks bottom out easily because i"m going off monster jumps with them and they still don't bottom out

Strengths: pretty cheap, good value
Weaknesses: springs (not too stiff)
Bottom Line:
Maxes out off a damn wheelie. Other than that it's a pretty durable hunk of metal. Little matainance and pretty smooth squish for the price... Seemed to be fine after a 4 ft+ drop-off, but bad for intense landings. It's thrown me off my bike on a bad landing at a BMX track, but it has yet to break. I wouldn't recomend this fork for XC racing nor anything that's closely related to Downhill. It's a durable fork for Mt Bike beginers and won't bust your wallet.

Strengths: cheep and fairly light
Weaknesses: my tires have more travel, not plush, and no dampining ability.
Bottom Line:
if you are short on cash and are in need of very little suspension this bad boy is for you. still it is better than most every indy or rst elastomer and will probibly satisfy the needs of hybrid cycles. three chilis for the almost never heard of price 100 bones. two overall due to preformance. before use take the jett sticker off or feel the rath of your friends.

Strengths: plush (its a hydrocoil) note that the 2001 model is not!, light
Weaknesses: orange color
Bottom Line:
I was looking to replace the front shock with a Judy, or purchase a FS bike. I installed a RS suspension seat post and then ran across this rediculous price for the Jett Hydracoil. My upgraded Mesa is fine. Its versatile and supple for gravel roads, moderate single track and commuting. I'm very pleased.
This is a G-R-E-A-T fork! An incredible vaule for the price. I'd recommend the fork to anyone needing to upgrade on a budget. The 75mm travel and Hydracoil dampening is simply an amazing combo.

Strengths: Light (3.5 lbs), not too expensive, hydrocoil
Weaknesses: a bit springy
Bottom Line:
Its cool and fun and cushiony, I got an ORANGE one, I wish it didnt have boots but it's pretty cool
The bottom line is, when I crashed and broke my vertebrate and snapped my ankle, this fork still held up and hept me alive...For a while
honestly, wait a few months to see if there are any other good deals, do your homework on front suspension, and just ride for the fun of it, dont get too caught up with the material side of mountain biking
XC Rules.. Downhill, umm...that's for people who couldnt pedal up the hill too... XC does it all
Strengths: long travel even for 6ft drops, smooth, pretty plush, great for beginers, awesome performance for price, good looks, doesnt freee during cold winters
Weaknesses: could be more plush, could be more torsionally stiff,
Bottom Line:
This is a great fork fo beginners and intermediate riders. It has enough travel to suit most people. Doesnt really have any weakness. Highly recommended for begginners and intermediates. Not great for expert riders.

Strengths: Great fork for the price, good travel with good rebound dampaning after a drop, very light
Weaknesses: I am only 110 pounds so the fork is a little stiff.
Bottom Line:
A great fork for the money Light weight and great dampaning. i do not recamend this fork for the DH runs at Winter park Colorado, thats how i destroyed my old one. Great fork for a beginer.

Strengths: Good looks, very light.
Weaknesses: Could provide better manuals....
Bottom Line:
We have 2 Jett Race forks in the family, we have been very pleased with the forks. Low maintenance, great performance. You cannot beat the price! Pricepoint has them for $89 (63 and 75mm travel models). This is a great "point and shoot" fork for any rider!
Strengths: Pretty good amount of travel. Good rebound. Sturdy. Very Dependable. Doesn't freeze up in cold weather as much as last year's Jetts.
Weaknesses: None. Could be a little lighter. Extremely good entry level shock.
Bottom Line:
Very nice shock. Surprising amount of travel for an entry level shock. I race XC for DAC Racing and am sponsored by Rock Shox and Lizard Skins. I am proud to say that my sponsor has cranked out yeat another extremely awesome product. This shock came stock on my practice bike but I am upgrading to 2001 Rock Shox SID 100.
Strengths: Very strong but sensitive shock. Nice color. The shocks were a great addition to my bike.
Weaknesses: When compressed the protective cover around the coils, sometimes sticks. Leaving the dirt a way into the shocks.
Bottom Line:
I would recommend this product to anyone looking to upgrade. This is a great shock for the riding I do. It is strong enough to hold its own. Definiately worth its money, so far.

Strengths: The price and the hydracoil springs.
Weaknesses: The orange color
Bottom Line:
I upgraded from an Indy C. I got the one with 75 mm of travel (Orange color) from Supergo for $125. It's a great buy and a great shock. The hydracoil springs are so much better than elastomers. I weigh 190 pounds and the shock handles me without any problems. I can't believe the difference.
