from Perth Western Australia Date Reviewed: June 5, 2000 | | Favorite Trail: | hills | | Duration Product Used: | 6 months | | Strengths: | None at all | | Weaknesses: | These forks are sold by dealers dishonestly as Marzocchi they are not made by Marzocchi, the makers in Taiwon do not even have a site or email, they are fitted to a lot of wheeler bikes but dont know if there is a connection. I have a wheeler 6000 dzx and it came with zokes elite dh,wheeler have been helpfull, however the z1 s are so bad I have switched to real marzocchi forks and fitted Z1-bam this has made a huge difference and the bike is now good. The zokes are heavy, soft, badly made with no workable adjusments and no one to turn to when you have trouble. | | Similar Products Used: | I had bombers on my previous hardtail and tried sids on wheeler. | | Bike Setup: | wheeler 6000 dzx shock works rear z1 bam on front | | Bottom Line: | I suppose I said it all under product weaknesses. But here in Australia this bike was $3600.00Aus alot of money for such a poor front shock which was obviously ment for a cheaper bike. | Value Rating: Overall Rating: |
