Strengths:    Easy to adjust the hardneess and softness of the shock. It is also smooth whilst going up and down.

Weaknesses:    The rebound is too fast usually and its still to stiff no matter what. It is also very easily broken and it doesn't go down all that well. It also bottoms out easily.

    Bottom Line:
This shock isn't all that good for the price. its a waste of money getting it.
