Strengths:    Light frame, great derailleurs, strong bike

Weaknesses:    Average brakes, poor shocks

Bottom Line:
Easily the best bike I've ever owned or ridden (also the most expensive at about $800 CDN). The derailleurs (or however that's spelled) are incredible, better than much newer more expensive bikes, and I've punished them a lot. The shocks are very handy for rought roads when new, but become useless pretty soon, and the brakes also are mediocre. Still, it's a great bike that's taken a lot of abuse, and is ready for more.

Strengths:
Good solid aluminum frame comes with good components for it's price! Changed front fork to a Marrazocci Z4 shock.

Weaknesses:
Better components would be nice and a name brand crank set.

Bottom Line:
Good bike for the money. Good start for beginners. Very upgradable. Great on the trail!
GOOD OVERALL BIKE!!!!!

It is that time of year again. If you are close to the LA area on March 9th I highly recommend doing this ride. I rode it last year and it was a blast. VVA will be there celebrating his 72nd birthday. Aaron Cox was there last year and there will be tons of vintage bikes. Here are some photos from la ... Read More »

Well, Nemo's is slated to be decomissioned this summer. I am not quite sure exactly what that means. If you know this trail, you know what a blow to 'in town' trails this is to the Victor area. Even if you don't PLEASE drop by Habitat or Peaked, and find out more about this trail, and go ride it now ... Read More »
