Strengths:    light wieght asorbs bumps well can handle fair amount beating

Weaknesses:    no disc hook ups sun rims

Bottom Line:
the rear travel could use 4 inches instead of 3.25. other than that it is a great bike for those who want to the full suspension feel with a hard tails lightness

Strengths:    Easton hand-built in Vancouver frame!
Marzocchi fork
FOX coil-over
Avid brakes
rock-solid powedercoat paint job

Weaknesses:    No disc tabs (99 RM and newer only)
too low a stem

Bottom Line:
A super machine. The CR18 wheels are generally decent as I have them on my hardtail but the ones that came here had bad seams on both f & r and the brakes pulsated when applied so back to SUN on warranty and I got tired of waiting so had the shop build up the rhynos. Really overkill for my kind of riding (not much big air, just the drops). They have stayed true forever as I believe the wheelbuilder is the key and to a lesser extent the rim or anything else. Syncros stem has been nothing but a pain and I plan on dumping it once I find a good rise replacement. I think I'm the only guy on the island still riding a flat bar. The stock TAYA chain died weeks after the bike left the shop but the XT IG90 is doing fine. I have given the Air Vanillas a test and really always come back to the coil Vanilla. About half a pound weight penalty but the performance is miles above the air version. A little flex in the fork I found was solved by the aftermarket brace. The Z3 has done me well and after two years really only now needs new oil. The rebound is sooo slooww. Really plush as all Marzoccs are and I wouldn't switch fork brands for anything. An 80mm fork may be in the cards for next year to better match the rear's 90mm. I have never got more than 65mm out of this Z3.
A perfect go anywhere bike and I have. THE perfect all-round trail bike. Go for the coil shock!

Strengths:
Great decender, good climber, can take a beating

Weaknesses:
sun rims
seat
pivot kept coming out

Bottom Line:
All and all , I am still having a lot of fun with my bike. It handles well, very fast downhill and climbs not very badly. The only things that I have to complain about are the cr18 sun rims. After 6 months , I had twisted the front rim and had a flat spot on rim. If The company had gone with mavic rim , perhaps the would have held together much better. But all and all, I would highly recommond this bike to anyone, looking to go the full suspenion route.

Bottom Line:

Over all I would have to say that this bike kicks quite a fare amount of ass. I really liked the frame design and the rear shock proved to be quite plush and active. things to consider are the front shoxs (bomberZ3) I had mine set with the least amount of dapening posible and they still have way more then is nesisary. Over all I would say that the shox lick a fare amount of pouch(scrotum). The avid V brakes were pretty darn good for the first year and than after one year they just simply started to suck Espesially the levers they would just not spring back which created a steady flow of braking which pissed me off to the point of replacing them with XTR brakes + leavers. Personaly I think that the bike should have come with a riser bar but other than thoues three things I have enjoyed owning mine. This Bike would have gotten five Chiles if it was not for the three things I mensioned.
