Strengths:
it looks really nice, makes a beginer feel lke he's/she's got a special bike. i will give it credit though, it has nice handling. that's all.

Weaknesses:
the looks don't make up for the weight, i swear it weighs 35 punds!!! after a year i needed new rims, on both tires, a new bottom bracket, new brake pads, new seat, new wires, new tires, new pedals, and i had to have my stem and handle bar replaced because they cracked!!!

Bottom Line:
i don't know what raleigh did when they put this thing together. i realllt don't think that i'm hard core. i'm not really. i only go mountain biking about once every 2 weeks but it seems that everything on this bike has died at least once. NEVER BUY IT!! you'd be better off going to wal-mart and buying one of their death trap bikes!
