Strengths:
Cheap, very cheap. Great fun.
Cheap parts.Weaknesses:
forks cracked, rear wheel bust, chainset folded!!, seatpost bent, uncomfortable OE saddlesBottom Line: The most fun you can have for the price?? In the Uk it retails for ~£399 and for that cash you can't get so many smiles per mile as you do on this beast! And the looks you get from people as you rag a tandem down your local trails are amazing! Go get one but be prepared for it to need a lot of repair ork if it gets hammered as much as this one does (ever seen a tandem go down steps and do bunny hops???)! Oh yeah, forgot to mention that the steering is dodgy to say the least - the dawes is a far better (more expensive) option but you may feel guilty dishing out so much abuse to a quality bit of kit!
Favorite Trail:

Bike Setup:
as standard but with new (Vetta) saddles, LX V brake, riswer bars, aheadset and trek forks (after cracking the other ones), Bonty Clyde rear rim on Acera X bolt-on rear hub, have fitted Judy SLs (!) and Hope disc for one ride we did!
