cranks, front ring set.Bottom Line: ignore my first review. i destroyed the bike a few weeks after that post.
the bike just could not take being used everyday on the street & hill climbs, and a super smooth trail. bottom line is the bike is trash. save your money. spend a little more, get a lot more. seriously if you are buying a bike to USE dont buy this one!

Strengths:
price, looks great when lame decals are removed. gets by.Weaknesses:
every component attached to the bike.Bottom Line: this was the best bike for the price. come on, full suspension for 3 bills?
great for street use with some curb hops. not really set up for real mountain biking.
