Strengths:
Very balanced bike, excellent components set, great look, reasonable price.Weaknesses:
A bit heavy frame, but I do not care about it.Bottom Line: Well, first at all some words 'bout Matts frame - it is bulletproof (the other side of coin is weight, but I am not the one who screams about 200 extra gramms), this frame is firm enough to start like '58 Merc Hotrod and provide wonderfull control abilities.
I use my bike in heavy Nordic conditions (-40...+40 C, half meter of snow in the winter is typical, rocks, strong sea wind... That's Finland, guys 8-)... ) That's why I am so satisfied by this bike setup. Magura HS-33 in my opinion are the best brakeset ever, of course, I am again do not care extra 200 gramms, but it works in all conditions, I feel safe, and that's important.
Rear SRAM 9.0 der is so mud-resistant, thai I also can use any trail with no risk to jam it.
Ok, I know it is possible to get the much better machine, but this bike is an all-conditions-capable fighter and I definitely can recommend it to every intermediate and higher rider who's not a weight nut (dear weight nut, nothing persona, my next bike is also planned as a light one 8-) ).P.S. Sorry for not perfect English.
