Strengths: Great bike for the money. Pretty good bike just stock. I ride mostly on pavement but holds up well on trail as well.Weaknesses: Brakes are noisy. If you are going to trail ride much I would put a suspension shock up front.Bottom Line: Good bike.

Strengths: This is a pretty burly frame it can take quite a bit of abuse on a trail and i even tried it on some jumps and it took the beating and kept on steaming.Weaknesses: noneBottom Line: this is a good entry level hardtail that will take as much abuse as you can give it

Strengths:
great price (i didn't pay the $600 that it says up there, actually paid about $300.) strong frame, love the grip shift, V-brakes are greatWeaknesses:
had to have it tuned up 3 or 4 times before i felt completely comfortable. i've got a few dings in the finish.Bottom Line: great intro bike. need to add rockshocks and clip-in pedals for more extreme terrain. i love it.
