Strengths: A simple design that works! Quite light and able to be kitted out for whatever you want. First used as trail / cross country with SPD's Judy's & 3 1/2" rear c/o Noleen. Now with Z1,s risers & 4 1/2" rear travel as Freeride. Hope discs next.Weaknesses: Basic bushings, Weak standard spring. Original 63mm front travel was a mismatch.Bottom Line: Still one of the best from the late 90's. Still alive & kicking. Becoming a retro DH rig.

4) pretty light
5) simple designWeaknesses:
1) ugly colour
2) pricey to start with...Bottom Line: a lot better quality than i expected! stunning welds, straight as an arrow. stiff, strong design - Tomac helped design it, and still rides the same design today, should say something about knowing a good thing when you find one! if anyone has a chance to get one, buy it! these things are wonderful. kept mine under 24 lbs without much trickery. oh, and Giant's customer service is OK, not the best, had to ask around, but they got the job done. 4 flaming armidillo's...
