Strengths: frameWeaknesses: forkBottom Line: I have had this bike since 1992, with the last three years using it as a road bike for training, and this bike has been incredibly strong, and resilient. I put about 3500 miles on it last summer, and if I don't get a road bike this year it will probably be even more this year. It could use a better fork, and the components are outdated, except for the rear deraileur, but it is a good performer. This was a really good starter bike for me, and I still ride it quite a bit even though I now own two bikes that are more superior in quality. I love this bike, it was my first mtb, and I will never get rid of it.
