Strengths:    Bike rides great overall. Sweet Frame geometry and the lefty is very responsive and plush. Doesnt have side to side play as you would think.

Weaknesses:    Coda products as a whole suck. The only thing left on the bike that is coda is the front hub, and disc rotor. The only reason they are is because there are no other possibilities

Bottom Line:
CODA is a cannondale conspiracy. They make sweet frames and solid forks but dont follow international standards. Most shops cant even true a front wheel because they dont have a stand. Its sad they sell the lefty fork, which is a great fork dont get me wrong, but are to freaken cheap or stupid to get a lefty stand. In retrospect I would have made some different descisions, but now the bike is flawless and I truly love it but I may have well started from scratch. If I wouldnt of got such a great deal on it in the first place Id be pissed. I just waisted a lot of riding time with coda crap. First thing you need to replace are the brakes they are a joke. tweaked its ride is outstanding.

Strengths:    An amazing bike. Climbs great despite the wide riser bar and long travel fork. The Lefty HeadShok looks odd, but performs beautfully. Its very plush and sucks up any bump you throw at it with no problem. The bike loves to carve up singletrack and the disc brakes are damn near flawless for the descents.

Weaknesses:    The CODA seatpost works great but siezed up after about 6 weeks of use. The brakes need to be adjusted more frequently than I thought but are very easy to adjust. The riser bar is wide so riding between tight spaces isn't easy.

Bottom Line:
Awesome bike. Its worth the $2000+ price tag and the occasion maintainence. Buy it. Ride it. Love it.

Strengths:    Excellent front suspension. It eats up every bumps imaginable. Very responsive. Point it to where ever you want to go. Frame is very stiff and light. Lockout feature is definitely a plus for climbing.

Weaknesses:    Coda parts. Cannondale claims that it is almost as good or better than brand name parts. But, I totally disagree. I rode the bike for three months and broke the rear hub. Blew out the seals and bearings. Since it is Cannondale parts, it is very hard to get the products when you really need it. You can't just go to a bike shop and get it. Also customer service is not very helpful and down right unfriendly. So, what I did was replace all the coda parts. Now the bike is solid as a rock. Needs more braking power.

Bottom Line:
I would definitely recommend the bike to anyone. It is a fun bike to ride. Just one advice upgrade all the coda parts if you can.

Strengths:
The bike handled flawlessly in Snowshoe WV this past weekend. I hit every rock and rut possible and the bike never lost it's track-even at 25-35 mph on downhill, rocky trails and fire roads

Weaknesses:
The bike does pull to the right when riding no hands on pavement--one way to prevent this-don't do it. duh...
The damping knob is small.

Bottom Line:
I was finally able to torture it in some real rough terrain at Snowshoe. I was curious to see what would happen with all the rocks and roots, and seriously, no complaints. The fork never lost its track even when hitting the largest of rocks or ruts at my own extreme speeds. The 100mm of travel ate everything up and my last headshok never would have let me stay on line. The Moxey that I used saved my bum too. But that's another review altogether. Five stars you ask...because it's my review and I've never had a problem with any of my C'Dale equipment.

Strengths:
The new F2000sx is equipped with some serious stuff. CAAD4 frame,LEFTY fork, New disc brakes, and CODA Tarantula Cranks. Climbs like a Cannondale and is definitely worth every penny. Lefty tracks perfectly and with 100mm of travel it eats everything up. It also has a lock-out ability as well as tuning ability (all on the fly). Very light at 24-25 pounds with shok and disc brakes.

Weaknesses:
Can't seem to find any!!! Except for the 9 speed that I'm not used too...

Bottom Line:
Sweet ride. For $2000 you get the latest technology (LEFTY, XTR r.d., and XT everything else) and the CAAD4 frame that climbs and tracks like no other...Can't wait to equip this with a Moxey like the last one...Anyone interested in a light and agile XC machine should definitely check this one out...
