Strengths:    Superlite, great climber, takes a real beating from a heavy-hard rider (I weigh 210-200)

Weaknesses:    Crankset/chainrings were a horror story. This was the Coda system from 1997. very poor design. It crackled from day 1, I replaced it after a 1 year. The rear mavic rim had stress cracks arounf spoke nipples. Replaced after 2.5 years

Bottom Line:
For 1800 bucks, a great bike. I'm buying a Jeckle and turning this F2000 into a road bike

Strengths:
Light, tight, perfect steering. A real climber. On the fly fork adjust.

Weaknesses:
Fragile paint (I hear aluminum is hard to keep paint on anyway)
Cheap hubs

Bottom Line:
I bought for $1800 then upgraded the components over the first six months I owned it. It is now the ultimate trail machine. To Me: The Perfect Bike!
