a Downhiller
from Victoria, B.C Date Reviewed: November 3, 1999 | | Favorite Trail: | South Ridge, Hartland | | Duration Product Used: | more than 3 years | | Strengths: | a general good workhorse. my bike goes through hell everytime it's ridden. Into trees, off cliffs, and it comes up strong everytime. Not very heavy (without suspension), and good strong frame. | | Weaknesses: | Derailers need constant adjustment. | | Similar Products Used: | none - first Mtn Bike. | | Bike Setup: | had Rock Shox Judy XC on the bike. They corroded from the inside out, wouldn't recommend them. I sent mine back to Rock Shox...still waiting... | | Bottom Line: | A great bike, with little maintenance requirements, for a good strong ride. Moderate weight, for easy downhilling, but also good for all levels of riding. I really enjoy this bike, and have found no faults with it. | Overall Rating: |
