Strengths:    Has a sturdy frame

Weaknesses:    Needs new barings a lot, cranks are really weak, HEAVY
I bought a new sprocket back rim cassete and hub

Bottom Line:
Basically this a bike for just beginners unless you want to spend a bunch of money and rebuild it, it's really heavy

Bottom Line:
I learnd how to bunny hop it on my first 2 hours into having it. It is also my first bmx bike and it dosnt have gyro but you can still spin the handell bars around 360 degrees wich is all you realy need

Strengths:    just about everything on this bike is nice, excellent and durable frame, extremely light, and very nice cranks/pedals

Weaknesses:    the bars aren't that great, but good bars are only about $30.

Bottom Line:
amazing bike, i can beat this bike with a rock over and over and it wont dent, i can ride a wheelie with this bike only for over 100 ft., and its very aerodynamic, i can pull out a flail with the bike feeling weightless unlike most bikes

Date Reviewed: May 30, 2010

Strengths:    Wide-ish bars, grippy treads, and thats pretty much it.

Weaknesses:    fast wearing grips, heavy stem, rims bend like plastic, hub bearings break constantly, hubs get clogged with dirt and cant be cleaned, heavy cheap frame, heavy weak seat/ seatpost/ clamp, cranks are heavy and weak.

Bottom Line:
This is one of the worst bikes manufactured, this is a bike for someone between the weights of 80 and 110 lbs, if you weigh more, your will break it very fast. i rode this bike for one season, and had its rims being re-trued and its bearings being changed. the crank was stripped and couldnt be replaced without buying new bottom bracket as well, i do not recommend you buy this bike.

Strengths:    This bike has decent weight and the brakes are great

Weaknesses:    The bearings have to be replaced often and it is a little heavier than i would want it

Bottom Line:
I would recommend it for someone jumping or doing street, i do both and it works out fine for me, but i have had to put quite a bit of money into it to keep it going.

Strengths:    The Bike is of reasonable weight and u would surely break every bone in ur body before u would crack the frame. Decent paint job. gyro, good front wheel

Weaknesses:    virtually every part will break with the exception of those associated with the front end assumnig u ride worth a damn. if ur buyin it for transportation purposes only ur probably ok but it isn't very strong.

Bottom Line:
good frame, front wheel, forks, gyro....
every other part CRAP

Strengths:    well built strongh stealth frame. very smooth ride. i used to be a die hard downhiller until a nuts bail. decided to do someting more saine and brought a bmx. this to me is perfect both to learn and progress on. it can take a hammering which is always good.

Weaknesses:    the seat rips instaintly and brakes are useless i have to use my foot.

Bottom Line:
ideal to make transition from mtb and learn on, can take a beating and looks the part. prehaps a v brake option would be good, however.

Submitted by Kami a Cross Country Rider from Kennewick, Washington, USA

Date Reviewed: May 15, 2005

Strengths:    The price was good...Was told it would be good for my son, to start racing and jumping with..He never has done either of them because of the bike itself...

Weaknesses:    We have had to have the crank replaced, and then it keeps coming loose all the time, we have had to have the ball bearings replaced twice, the front wheel is tweaked...Won't be replaced, they say my son ran into a curb...he never did...when they replaced the tires on the bike, they left notches in both of the wheel frames...

Bottom Line:
This bike was recommended for my son to be able to use it to start racing and jumping with..He has not been able to do either, due to us being very busy and the fact that every time we turn around we have it in the shop being worked on...Have had it in there 3 times since buying it..I will never buy another Fuse 2 again...I would be very afraid if my son actually did the racing and jumping with it, he may have gotten hurt very badly..He uses it to ride to friends houses and that is it...
