Strengths: Somewhat light, full chromoly, pegs, seatpost.Weaknesses: Stock 1 piece cranks, grips, pegs.Bottom Line: The Fuse I is a, excellent starter bike, and with a 100% chromoly frame, you'll have it for a while. The seatpost has a diameter which is larger than most, which prevents bending, and the headtube is thick, preventing ovalizing. The bike comes at a stock weight of about 32-33 pounds, but the total weight can be taken down to about 22 pounds or so. it comes with 2 steel pegs with anti-roll pins, but I believe one of mine was defective and broke off at the base.
Anyway, it's a good bike, will keep up with you're progression, and worth the price, even if you have to spend a little bit right out of the box.

Bike Setup: I don't ride it stock anymore, the parts that are still stock are the seatpost, but it's cut to like, 4 inches long, the chainwheel, the front wheel, the front tire, the stem and the forks. Profile 175mm cranks, flip-flop 48H back wheel, 14mm. Primo Tenderizer sealed pedals, Haro Slim bars, Snafu Poly grips, Cheng Shin dirt tire, stripped Specialized Pro seat, one of the stock pegs.

Strengths: its holding up pretty nicely. its not really heavy which is good and the frame hasn't really bent. much better than my last bike by far. i landed pretty hard on the chainstay trying to feeble a ledge and it only dented slightly, which surprised me. the rear axle is also holding up really well. its just now starting to bend. the stock wheels are also nice. they're a little bent up, but not bad enough for me to have to take the brakes off.Weaknesses: nothing too bad. the stock 1pc crank bent after about a month, but it is a 1pc crankBottom Line: sweet bike for only $200. its been tossed around a lot and is holding up very nicely. with a few new parts this bike is very rideable, but if you have more money get something a little lighter. awesome for the price tho. If you're hardcore into street riding this probably isn't for you, but if you're just casual go for it. i haven't really ridden any trails with it so i don't know how it would hold up. handles stairsets nicely though.
