Favorite Trail:many
Duration Product Used:Less than 1 month
Price Paid: $230.00
Purchased At:ebay
Strengths:great name. great looks. fairly strong frame and also arguably light compared to others.
Weaknesses:not sure about the rims. dont't seem too strong we'll see. some parts of the bike such as some of the bolts are very week. I was assembling the bike and i broke one of the bolts on the stem. the bolt was made out of thin aluminum and wasn't very impressive to me.
Similar Products Used:diamond back venom "freestyle" bike, converted to dirt style
Bike Setup:stock so far
Bottom Line:the bikes pretty good and has a strong frame. What i'm not imprested with is some of the parts on the bike. I'v been riding it for about 3 weeks. I live in the city so going dirtjumping at the local spot isn't too entertaining since the jumps are so small. I haven't really had the chance to go big with the bike yet but hopefully after a trip to sand hill ranch, I'll be able to test the true strength of the bike. I'll probably end up upgrading the rims to sun ryno lites if i can.

Similar Products Used:diamondback venom x gt jamie bestwick haro sx 20
Bike Setup:black widow crank eastern chain tensionors sun lite rims 14 millameter maxxis dirt daddy tires pitch fork lite s m smal bars
Bottom Line:the bike needs a lot of adjustments and upgrades and it will be fine i race i dont hit big jumps and it falls a part dont buy it unless you ride and dont pull tricks. if you buy it you need a lot of spare money for better parts.
