Strengths:    Real good out of the box. Strong, lightweight, well geared for high speed racing. Have no problem clearing jumps at any size. This bike flys.

Weaknesses:    Gearing may be a bit tall for shorter riders.

Bottom Line:
This bike is solid, very good, fast, and light. Needs small upgrades, but overall, it's good for what it is. Bearings on the wheels could be self sealed too.
