Favorite Trail:all the road
Duration Product Used:1 Year
Price Paid: $175.00
Purchased At:schellers
Strengths:Very fast im the fastest rider on the block, comfy grips, cool looking stock cranks, nice seat, i weighed it at 23.02 lbs, all my others are 32 and up, and its good for me and Im only a little over 145
Weaknesses:no kick stand, no gyrole, no front brakes, since i like going to the extreme park i cant anymore cause it aint a good jumping bike.
Similar Products Used:never even heard of a haro before
Bike Setup:stock and lovin it
Bottom Line:Its really good for a small rider like me i mean ive rode my bike with my "posey" for 10 hours straight on this bike its like the god of bikes to me.

Submitted by Austin a Racer from Ashburn, VA, USA
Date Reviewed: September 22, 2004
Duration Product Used:6 months
Price Paid: $360.00
Purchased At:A-1 Bikes, Herndon, VA
Strengths:Unique 7005 hydroformed aluminum frame; beautiful paint job and graphics; custom Haro designed seat; internal headset; integrated chain tensioners.
Weaknesses:It's LONG (37.25 wheelbase, 21.26 top tube) and HEAVY (26.1 lbs). Frame alone is 4 lbs. 12 oz. Cranks are long (180mm) with a Haro, proprietary BB (8-splined star spindle, NOT ISIS)
Bike Setup:Stock
Bottom Line:This is probably better suited for bigger, heavier riders. It's pretty beefy for a competition bike. With it's aluminum frame and long wheelbase, you won't get tired riding this even if you ride it very hard. The paint on the seat falls off as well as the painted Haro logos on the right crankarm. You should buy it if you're a "big" Haro fan, but you'll probably want to start swapping out parts soon.

Submitted by Miles a Racer from Spokane, WA.
Date Reviewed: September 19, 2004
Duration Product Used:3 months
Price Paid: $360.00
Purchased At:Spoke and Sport
Strengths:Very rigid, responsive, 26 lbs. light, beautiful art frame with clean welds, firm saddle, stiff cranks, quick accelerator, wheel-locking v-brakes, supportive platform pedals.
Weaknesses:Replaced grips, shortened bars by one inch both sides.
Similar Products Used:Specialized BMX-too heavy!
Bike Setup:Stock, ready to roll. Great climber!
Bottom Line:The frame makes the bike. You don't see this type of detail except on MTB and Road. It's nice to see a beautiful TIG welded frame for the BMX class. The rpice is very reasonable considering the light weight and technology of the XL. This bike is for me as I weigh 160 lbs. and am very athletic and risk-taking rather than risk-aversive!
