Strengths:    Strong frame.

Weaknesses:    None yet.

Bottom Line:
Purchased a Specialized Hardrock Cr-Mo on craigslist for $150.00. The frame is really strong. No problems with the factory components but will eventually upgrade. Previous owner had worn out the stock grips so I upgraded to the Specialized Enduro XL grips. Saddle was somewhat comfortable in my 2-3 hour rides but swapped it out for a WTB Speed V. Rode the bike for 300+ miles with no problems. An overall dependable entry level bike.

Strengths:    None, but the seat post is mediocre.

Weaknesses:    Basically everything. I have had this bike for a liitle under 4 years, and i have had to fix the chain, replace it, buy new grips, a new handlebar, new tires(they suck at everything, they can barely take the street), and have had to fix the brakes several times.

Bottom Line:
Dont even think about buying this bike, its a waste of your money.

Strengths:    Strong frame and handlebars.

Weaknesses:    Just about everything. I went off of a small jump and the fork bottomed out leaving me with a concusion for 8 weeks and 2 bent rims. After i replaced thos rims, i bent another. The stock tires slip on the first bit of mud you come to. Grips slip off of the handle bars. Chain always pops off in trails. I am finally getting rid of this bike and replacing it with a Big Hit FSR

Bottom Line:
This bike sucks

Strengths:    Dependable, good first bike, it has taken a beating from most of the Phoenix trails, except National, (I use my full suspension Haro for that trail) and has made it through them quite well.

Weaknesses:    None, just needed new fork after a couple of years.

Bottom Line:
Good dependable entry level hardtail.
