Strengths:    wide tires, strong frame, and disc brakes

Weaknesses:    the Pedals become loose to easly, and the suspension does not have enough travel

Bottom Line:
This is a great bike for begginers but it could be better. It would also really help if it had a bash guard. I got really lucky when I purchased my Katmandu because I got it for a really low price.

Strengths:    Strong frame, the brakes are excellent, strong rims and tires.

Weaknesses:    The forks are horrible to what im used to.

Go Marzocchi!!

Bottom Line:
Great bike to own, better then a Bigfoot. I'd recommend this bike to all my friends but not to people who enjoy bike usage for a little ride here and there, its a downhill bike 100%

Date Reviewed: April 30, 2006

Strengths:    The frame,crank,bars,Definetly brakes,rims,defietly tires

Weaknesses:    PEDALS they broke the first day i got the bike. The fork isnt very strong, like u can do sum jumps and drops jus the forks almost bottom out.The derailer is soso it so times will skip but its not that bad.

Bottom Line:
This is a great bike i love it,its a bit weak in some parts but they could be easly replaced I definetly think this is anawsome bike for trailsand freeride and good for dirtjump wit a couple of up grades.

yous hould buy this bike for trails and freeride this bike wouldnt be that good for crosscountry because it might weigh to muchbut if ur doin downhill it might be a bit weak so it could do it jus u would need a couple uv up grades

The reason i put 4 chilis for value is because it came wit bad pedals and a kinda bad derailer
